Author, Speaker, Advocate for Children’s Mental Health

Irene Buchine is an entrepreneur, artist, and author whose life story is a testament to resilience, creativity, and lifelong growth.

Despite not learning to read until age 34 due to dyslexia, Irene built a successful business, became a published author, and has spent decades expressing herself through writing, photography, embroidery, and visual art.

At age 77, Irene celebrated her first gallery show, Beyond Words, a collection of artwork, photographs, and writings that reflects her creative journey and personal evolution.

She is also the author of Celia and the Little Boy, a powerful and compassionate book that helps parents and caregivers better understand childhood depression and emotional struggles.

Through her work and her life, Irene inspires others to embrace their stories, honor their creativity, and recognize that purpose, growth, and self-expression have no age limit.
