My Favorite Walking Pad I loooove this walking pad - it's a terrific and safe way to keep moving your body. I watch all my fave shows, TikTok reels, YouTube videos while getting those important steps in. This Walking Pad Treadmill with Handle Bar is quiet, takes up very little room, it's easy to store, and has an easy-to-read LED display showing your speed, time, calories and miles.
My Favorite Protein Powder Protein is crucial for older adults because it fights age-related muscle loss (sarcopenia), maintains bone density, and supports a strong immune system. As the body ages, it becomes less efficient at processing protein, meaning older adults require higher daily amounts to preserve their independence, mobility, and overall quality of life. I love this protein powder because it's easy on the body, has a high absorption rate, delivers 25g of protein, 5.5g of BCAAs, and is virtually free of fat and sugar (often <1g per serving).
