Brenda Harrington

Brenda Harrington is the Founder of Adaptive Leadership Strategies, LLC. She works with business and organizational leaders across diverse sectors to help them enhance their leadership competencies and build capacity. Her partnership with clients is centered on the development of professional habits that will enable them to achieve their goals. Key focus areas for Brenda include working with senior level individual contributors and subject matter experts in transition to positions that require greater people management and leadership competencies. In all cases, she focuses on cross-cultural awareness and the development of competencies required to work effectively in diverse, multi-cultural environments.
Brenda’s personal work experience includes management and executive leadership positions in private industry, from Fortune 10 to regionally held firms. In addition to management positions with Mobil and AT&T, she was Executive Vice President of a Mid-Atlantic real estate management and consulting firm. As a member of the Global Delivery team for Harvard Business School Publishing (HBP), Brenda facilitated leadership development programs for HBP corporate clients worldwide.
