I am an advocate for healthy aging and collaborative patient care with an emphasis on older adults and eye health. While I am retired from direct patient care, I use my specialized education, clinical expertise, professional teaching experience and personal challenges with vision impairment to support my advocate roles including Aging in P.L.A.C.E. (Preferred Living and Caring Environment).
