What a great show and host. I truly appreciated the opportunity to share my message with Ande and her listeners about how the human brain was hijacked 12,000 years ago and caused us to struggle ever since. I enjoyed discussing with her the science behind how our brain was designed to work to make us thrive rather than just survive. She is a top host and I hope to back again someday. Thank you Ande
